We offer a 30 day return policy from the date the item is received.

Items being returned must:

• Be in brand new condition; the same condition as it was originally shipped to you
• Must not be used in any way
• Must contain all parts as orginially shipped

If the item being returned does not meet all of the above criteria, a refund will not be issued on parts.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to DRT. For international customers DRT is not responsible for duty fees, brokerage fees, custom fees, etc.

There will be a restocking fee of 20% of the original sales price (NO EXCEPTIONS - unless it was our mistake which will be determined by DRT).  Refunds will be issued the same manner in which the item was paid for (paypal or credit card) or by company check.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Buyer is fully responsible for all shipping costs.
