Refund Policy

We offer a 30 days return policy from the date when the item is received. Items being returned must be in brand new condition as it originally shipped to you. We will not issue a refund for items that has been used, installed, or missing parts. Buyer is responsible for shipping the items back to DRT. For international customer DRT is not responsible for duty fees, brokerage fees, custom fees, etc. There will be a 20% restocking fee of original sales price (NO EXCEPTIONS - unless it was our mistake which will be determined by DRT). Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Buyer is fully responsible for all shipping costs. Refunds will be issue the same way as it came in. (paypal or credit card) or by company check.
